Reservation & General Policies

Age policy

Costumers under the age of 21 are allowed Mon-Wed ONLY until 7:00pm. Costumers that are currently present in the building after 7:00pm will be asked for ID verification.


*2 Hour sitting limit for costumers that are seated at tables, including reserved tables. ( managers discretion on slower nights.)

Section & Table policy

 Automatic 18% gratuity for parties containing 5 or more persons or a tab over $150. (Private booths subject to automatic 20% gratuity.)

Automatic 20% gratuity for our private  booth and VIP sections 

*If over the grace period of 15 minutes to check in for reservation, Black Smoke has the right to cancel your reservation. You will then have the option to be put on the wait list for the next available table.*

NO OUTSIDE DRINKS OR FOOD ARE ALLOWED IN THE RESTAURANT WHATSOEVER. ( If celebrating a birthday or  another special occasion and you would like to bring a cake or cupcakes, a $20 fee will be added to your section invoice or to your bill for checkout.)

VIP and Booth section reservations are available in the slotted times of 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 10:15pm and 11:15pm.

​

Bottle service is available at 10:00pm with a reservation. 

​

Booth sections are available for a $200 FLAT RATE each section. (seats 8-10 persons)

​

VIP sections are available for a $400 FLAT RATE (seats 12-15 persons)

​

VIP and Booth sections sections must be paid in full prior to arrival date. In order to ensure there is a section available, please inquire about your section at least 72 hours prior to your expected arrival date. Once you have confirmed your section, you will have 24 hours to pay the full balance due. Payment can be received through an online invoice or in person during visit of picking out your  section. If using a credit card, you will be asked to show identification (State ID or Drivers's License).

Dress code and Weapon policy

- Casual Dress

​

- Sneakers are accepted as long as there are deemed casual wear 

​

- No sportswear, hoodies or ball caps

​

- No sleepwear head scarves, bonnets or caps

​

- No flip-flops or slides of any kind

​

​

* NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED INTO RESTAURANT AT ANY TIME, REGARDLESS OF PERSONS REGISTERED TO CARRY A FIREARM. IF WEAPON (KNIFE, FIREARM, RAZORS,ETC) IS DISCOVERED AT ENTRY, BLACK SMOKE HAS THE RIGHT TO DENY ENTRY AND SERVICE.  NO EXCEPTIONS.* 

Seating Policy

There is a 2 hour sitting limit for table seating (manager's discretion on slower nights). If the present party wish to stay seated longer than the seating time limit, an opening of a $50 tab will be required to stay seated for ONE additional hour.

Refund Policy

All alcoholic beverages are NON-refundable and can not be swapped out for a different alcoholic beverage. 

​

Non-alcoholic drinks may be swapped out if the customer has an issue with the taste or quality of the beverage.

​

All food menu items are non-refundable. If a customer discovers an issue with his/her order in regards to taste, temperature or quality, we urge the customer to ask their server for the manager on staff to help resolve the concern. At the manager's discretion, they can offer the customer a percentage discount, a change of order or to remake the current order that is not to the customers liking.

Hookah Policy

All hookahs are only available with a purchase of food or beverage. 

​

All hookahs are to be paid in full upfront before the hookah is brought to the customer.
